Only reason I try to create camera logo was the inability to find the 'official' one.

The more options, the merrier, I say! As long as it isn't "degrading" the filmwasters reputation, haha. I just made something because it gave me an excuse to design something. I will be making a few other t-shirt designs...I have a lot of cool graphics left over from Lightleaks, ads i was designing, etc., before Mike gave me the boot because $35 was too much money to pay me for my work! Want to make a few car designs as well.

Sean: I like that FW logo a lot. It might work really well as the forum masthead (especially because it's about the correct aspect ratio)....and I'd be happier using a logo that was properly homegrown instead of the thing I knocked up using clipart several years ago. Would that be OK?

Sean: Good point. We do need to be very protective of the Filmwasters brand. It represents more than just a Web site...it's a lifestyle choice  ;)

Well, since you're classier than we are, I reckon your abbreviation is just fine.

Ok, I've had an idea for a quick and slightly pointless project.
You know when someone comes with a digi-something thread and Leon has to lay down the law?
Well, I began to think that this is in some way related to negative reinforcement which is not beneficial to people (heck, I had to find some theory no matter how lame so I could justify this time-wasting project). Why not turn this negativity into sweet positivity... thus I present to you this stamp of approval:

 ;D

And yes, it is all pun intended  ;D

Yesss! This is very good indeed. He should be winking to make it perfect  ;) Actually, it kind of looks like he is anyway. Good work. I see it as a hand stamp so it can be used in galleries to certify works by Bresson, Capa, Kudelka, Natchwey and the like just to confirm to the potential buyer that it's "Analogue Certified - Leon Taylor: Filmwasters.com".

Would look good as the centre of a vinyl disc too! I can picture him now spinning round and round  :)

Me too, much more character. Easily identifiable, and witty.
