How do you like your 635? I've just acquired one about a month ago and I've been able to get two rolls through it. I love it so much sometimes I want to sleep with it under my pillow!

oh, it's a wonderful camera, christopher!
I really like how the controls are laid out on it -I can hold it in the palm of my left hand with each thumb for the shutter- and aperture dial and focus without a fuss with my right hand. lastly I fire off with one of my index fingers, from my left hand if it's a quickie or with my right hand for slower shutter speeds when I hold it to my chest.

My 2nd assignment for my 52 Roll project was self portraits. I've never done them, and certainly don't like them, but these turned out ok I guess. I'll revisit the self portrait later on in the year.

And this is one my my happy accidents.

Hi, new to the Filmwasters forum, so a quick self-portrait. Dabble with film on and off, do digital mainly.
Just recently obtained an Olympus Trip 35 from the Freegle email list. Warranty card dated 1979! Works fine.
I used Kodacolour 400CN C41, the first roll tried with this camera. Had a few frames left but it rained so just sitting in the car and pointing in various directions .... developed and scanned by the AG Lab.

simple:
-find an image you want to use
-right click it
-copy the url adress
-then paste it in in your forum profile.

~~I don't know if the forum resizes images, so try to find a small image you want to use.~~ no worries! the forum resizes.

Hi All,
Have been posting for a while but realised never really introduced myself, how rude? Sorry.
So, whilst on a recent trip to the Yorkshire Dales and following an early morning due to insomnia, I ventured down to a nearby fall but the sun rose and caused some contrast issues. I decided to have a coffee, taking in the sights and sounds of one of my favourite waterfalls. Then it hit me, I decided to take a self portrait with this thread in mind as I needed to come out of the closet so to speak.

So here's me, hate having my photo taken, but was a karma moment and sums me up.

Hello everyone. I'm Leonore and I'm new here. I was first introduced to the forum this year via Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day. My boyfriend (02Pilot) built a pinhole camera to participate and I tagged along with my Lubitel 166B TLR and Olympus 35RC.

I've been shooting film off and on for 20 years - not a profession but a lifelong hobby - starting with the Pentax K100o I bought myself as a college graduation present in 1992 (yes, I just gave my advancing age away...). Since then I've expanded my equipment inventory. I do mainly 35mm, but also have quite fallen in love with medium format. My latest project is my father's 1965 Polaroid Land Camera Automatic 100. My great shame is that I haven't yet learned to develop my own film. That, however, should finally be rectified this summer.

Here's my 'selfie'.

I'm doing a Project 365 (a picture a day for a year) at http://moderndinosaur.wordpress.com. For that project, digital is a necessary evil, so I do resort to the Canon SX130 IS, but film is my real love, so I try to feature it as much as possible.
