9th of may 1985 - WW2 victory on the eastern front parade. taken with zenit 12sd and svema slide film scanned 10 min ago

For me, these have merit at a number of levels; not only the unique colors from your slide film, but also the view to another time & place. Additionally, they also stand well as photographs with strong subjects and composition too.

For me, I also love the scratches & dust too! Glorious all round. Thanks for posting, and welcome. Skj.

Yes, I agree with Skorj - another time, another place. The pre 89 USSR that was such a mystery to us all. At the time I was in the police and if we wanted to travel to a communist country we had to be interviewed re motives etc.

They also have that feel of Russian propaganda photos - I think that is all in the colour. Thanks for posting these.
