i think it's just a mod to make the image centered on the frame, as opposed to off to the side.

I noticed that Randy's version seems to have a different lens... it looks like there is a filter on it when you look at the reflections. Also, the lens barrel is different.

hmmm, I wonder, and there must be a way to, modify a hassy or bronica back using parts of a 600se or mamiya universal back. Sean, Skorj - thoughts?

seriously that hasselblad pola back is absolutely ridiculous. (I always end up cropping them so that they are 'centered')
