The following was copied from Becky and Nicole..only the dates are changed and where to send your address....

We'll do this just like the first 2 time, with the deadlines stated below.

Postcards can be printed in the wet darkroom on any paper to 6x4" or 5x7" etc.. with a sticker (or not) on the back turned into a postcard with address, stamp etc...

Hybrid can be scanned negs and printed with inkjet / pigment inks, on papers such as fine art, etc... your choice - just turn the back into a postcard and send off via snail mail.

I am happy to get the ball rolling this third go round so PM me your snail mail info and we'll get this one going right away.

Send your snail mail address to: dianepetersonphotography (at) gmail (dot) com

and I'll sort it all and post the names and addresses like my two predocessors did.

Deadline for signing up is april15..

Deadline for sending cards out will be end of April.

No particular theme.

*** Preferably you will have a different photo to send if you participated the first time so there will not be any duplicates sent.

Update...We are half way through the sign up time frame and we have 16 participants so far! sign up closes on the 15th...keep that date in mind if you still need to get your name on the list!

Well I got in the darkroom (at Rayko) today and printed my postcards. I printed quite a few extra for all the people who I'm hoping will sign up at the last minute. I won't tell you what image I chose, but lets just say I couldn't resist.

OK folks, now I'm concerned. I mailed myself a postcard along with everyone Else's. So far I have received a postcard from France and Japan but nothing from myself. I mailed my cards on the 15th from my local post office. Hopefully everyone will receive a postcard from me if not I'll resend. I did print plenty of extra cards. If anyone has received a card from me it would be nice to know.

I cant believe the quality of the postcards this round - (all rounds have been good, but this one has been exemplary). I forgot that I have a photo printer inkjet ...! So I've done ink-splutter ones this time. So they wont be quite so late, but they are late - sorry, should get them posted this week.

At last, my cards are off. I learned something about production timetables. Hopefully, I'll be able to make the deadline in Fourth Round.

I certainly am enjoying the cards as they come in from various parts of the world--beautiful work.

Firstly... I am loving all your postcards!! Many thanks to Sean, Salvo, Otto, Roger, Nigel, Ailsa, Damion, Diane and Piet. I still can't pick a favourite.

Secondly I have to apologise for the delay in getting my own out. They will be leaving here by the end of this week!!

I'd like to make a request for the next round if I may...
Can we please include our printing processes on the cards.

For this round already sent, it would be great if we could all post the card process here. What do you think?

I too have been tardy & slack. I do actually have the cards at my house now ready to be mailed out. Hoping to get them sent tomorrow or Thursday. Sorry for the delay.

Apologies also for the fact that they're big (A5). I screwed up at the printers and asked for the wrong size prints. Bah! Too late to change it now though.
