The New Orleans Photo Alliance is seeking atypical work that incorporates photography in innovative ways to be exhibited during October and November, 2008 at the New Orleans Photo Alliance Gallery.
We seek images or objects that use materials as diverse as paper, cloth, metal, wood, polymer, leaves, encaustic, etc, with photography as the main component of the final piece. (No LCD, video or projection)
The juror will be David Rubin. Mr. Rubin served as Curator of Visual Arts at the Contemporary Arts Center, New Orleans from 2000-2006.
