I've been tuning up the old family Brownie Autographic lately and it's finally making decent images. All light leaks have been healed (well mostly) and I found a lens hood and some tiny filters to use with it too. Good fun, and it fits in my coat pocket perfectly!

Finally sent off the rolls of color I've had sitting here for a year. I hate not having a local lab any more, but the place I've been using (Northeast Photographic) does do really nice scans, so it's not a total loss. In any case, I've got half a dozen rolls of photos back, so expect to see color for the next several weeks.

Any man who can see what he wants to get on film will usually find some way to get it;
and a man who thinks his equipment is going to see for him is not going to get much of anything.

Great shots everyone. Bryan, you image reminds me of my home turf the Harz Mountains. But what kind of person puts graffiti on a rock?!

Shot this in a small town in the Harz Mountains where you can see the leftovers of the mining industry. Canon F-1, Adox Silvermax 100, Caffenol-C-H (RS).

Probably the same people that left trash and beer cans laying around.  This is a popular spot along the highway but it’s not maintained like a park.  It’s kind of a dangerous place to pull off the highway, narrow winding road, but once you find a spot you hop over the guard rail and walk down a short path.  Too bad people abuse it, it’s a beautiful area.

I'm still mostly lurking here and still love the weekend threads.
I haven't been going out as much due to winter weather and just laziness I guess....
Mine is from a quick trip down Route 66 to Tucumcari over the weekend.

This old city pool has been degrading and evolving over the last 15 or so years I've been going to visit.
The first time I went there was hardly any graffiti, now it's ever changing and the weeds in the cracks are small shrubs now!
Konica FS-1 with Hexanon AR 50mm  f/1.7 lens...the blades have oil on them, so not really sure what F/stop it is doing after I trip the shutter.
