I filled it out a few days ago. I got a middle of the road score, so I need to get my ultra large format game on track for the next one :D

And yes, I did loose a set of nice diopter lenses in a park 3 years ago... And I still kick myself for doing so.

What's 'middle of the road'? I got 136. Deffo need to shoot more IR, ULF and instant.

You can also increase your score by opening up the back with film in mid-roll.

Yeah, did that. Hasn't everyone done that?

Huh?

You mean it's just me?

I think they missed out the question about shooting a whole roll with no film in the camera - I did that too.

I had film in the camera, it didn't catch on the take-up spool.  Go to rewind and I could tell it immediately sucked up into the cassette.

Happened to me once, but it wasn't my fault, the plastic door hook had broken off. I did manage to get most of the pictures on the roll processed and the guys at our Nikon service center (which sadly closed) did a fantastic job repairing it. But I sadly couldn't claim it in the survey.

I did skip frames on 120 film though (why must they skimp on the black ink for those markings?)

I've definitely done that.

Been there too.
Also ripped the film out of the can on one occasion...
Also ripped plenty of sprockets.

Come to think of it, I did open cameras that had film in them... But they were always cameras I was looking at at garage sales.
