The saga continues with the Yashica GTN.
This photo is from a roll shot last month when the Full Moon was very large.
The lens is being etched by fungus, which I've decided can be a good thing, now that I've seen some of the weird effects it can create shooting long night exposures.
And as long as the growth stays on this relatively "cheap" camera and doesn't get any ideas and migrate to my other lenses.
Anyway, enough jabber.
Final decision is I'm keeping the camera as is, and will dedicate it to more artful night scenes.
It also appears to have a light leak. I could claim it as aurora,
but this is looking south, and the science team would oust me to a cloudy place where nary a star shines in the sky!
Camera on tracking mount.
The blob is the Moon and it sits in Sagittarius if you are remotely wondering.
