I'm happy!
Yesterday, I went to my favorite Dollar store. When looking through the cheap books and old magazine issues they carry, I found a kids magazine that had a "bonus gift". It was a little black paper envelope with the words "Make photos with water". I thought to myself "Hey, it's just a buck." so I bought it and brought it home. To my surprise, it contained 4 little cards that looked like pre-sensitized cyanotypes!
I tried one today (the sun wasn't great). I took one of my images (shot with my Nikon and extension tubes) and printed it onto acetate with my old Laser printer, put in a 1920's contact frame and exposed it. I was surprised to even get a result
Now, I have only 3 sheets left since I couldn't find another copy of the magazine nowhere
Here's my 1st attempt at a decent print (heavily adjusted with photoshop)
