From the DUO TLR this time. I may need to re-collimate it, it seems to want to front focus.

those instants look great

kids back to school, I'm back in the woods, mostly with a chainsaw, but also with a camera - I've got 50 sheets of 4x5 to scan from the last 2 weeks - so at the current rate of one image per weekend thread - I've got almost a year's worth. Will have to do a long thread with some selects in.

Here's some Ash from earlier

An impressive b&w shot from Imagesfrugales. Here is one from my test roll of HP5+ @ EI400 in Tetenal Emofin two bath developer. The lens is a Nikkor 50mm/2 AI fully open.

Nice colors there Fluminian! They pop out of the screen  :)
I agree, Imagesfrugales, that´s a clever composition  8)

Now we get to the controversy, 3 images from my side. Yes, I know. I think they work well together.. but they are not enough as to start a new threat, and then I did not post for the past few weeks, and a little sparrow told me this morning...  :'(

Took a spin up to Irelands most famous Fishing Port 2 weekends ago.

Killybegs is located on the north west coast in County Donegal.

Image 1 shows 2 multi-million euro trawlers tied up. Serious investments have been
made into fishing by a lot of Irish families.

Image 2 shows a Spanish Trawler unloading to a Spanish Truck. instead of sailing
all the way back to Spain with a full load they unload here to get back out on the seas
and let the haul continue to market by road.

Shot my last roll of Retro 80S in 127.  I do have some Efke 100R in the fridge, though, and 100 feet of outdated Portra NC in 46mm waiting for a roll-yer-own session reloading all the spools I've saved.  This is some of the Retro 80 in my Yashica 44A.  I do like that camera!  Souped in Rodinal 1+50

Flippy- so this is uncommon moss?

Just curious. I grew up in East Texas and we had plenty of it there.

I'm confused... ???

I'm a little torn about this Lomo 100 film. I like the way it renders color but sometimes it seems too washed out. Other times, like below, it seems nice and rich without being overly saturated.

I wonder if it was their first or second date, or if they're just still in luuuuuhrve after all these years.

Some photos from my most recent rolls from my Mamiya RB67 ProS, shot on Ektar 100 and Provia 400. Processed with Tetnal Press C41 kit, scanned via Epson V500. I really love Provia 400 indoors, it's hard to ruin a shot.

@Astrobeck:

just because I had to....    8)

Nice! We used to run our dog up there, east of the dam. One morning she got into a tangle with a pack of coyotes, came back with a nick on her nose but was all proud for having stood her ground.

It's been a while since I've taken a photo of the dam, and now it's been popularized by Breaking Bad.

Thanks for posting.

Have an A-1 day!

Okay, so much for my promise to post only one photo per weekend thread..... ;)

I've just acquired a Nikon FE from a fellow Filmwaster. I teamed it up with a Nikkor Ai 50mm f1.2 and a roll of Fuji Superia 400 and took it for walkies around Petticoat Lane in London a weekend or two back. Here's the results.

Really nice portrait there JPC. How did you like the loaner Mamiya? I can't decide between the RB67, the Kiev 88, or the Pentacon Six (Hassy is out of my price range). I have seen fantastic photos with each one.

I hesitate to post this as it's not the result I was hoping for, but it is what I did this weekend. I was pushing Arista Premium 400 (Tri-X) to 25,600 and then developed it in Rodinal 1:100 for 4 hours. Back to the drawing board, but fun nonetheless.

Thanks  :) unfortunately I suffer from extreme GAS so I ended up buying an RB. Brilliant camera, but as it weighs a ton, bad for my back. It doesn't leave the house very often. I couldn't afford a Hasselblad either but managed to buy a Kiev 88 cheap a few weeks ago. It is easier to carry around and thanks to Terry here at Filmwasters I have a monster fisheye lens which arrived today. Can't wait to use it this week  :)

A bit late on this. Been away slumming it near the mainland - Seil Island and everything.

Now back and missing The Coelynes who have relocated back south after being here for 5 years being wonderful pals and, running the Oiseval Gallery - now sadly closed.

I took this snap of Coelyne of The Coelynes [Colin Myers] a couple of years back on Jura
