How much it's over depends on your metering and lighting conditions. If it were me I'd just develop, C41 is forgiving and it'll be hard unless you develop your own to find a lab that can 'pull' the film. If you develop your own you'll know that the standard time is 3:15 every 20 seconds will be about a stop leaving you with the danger of process inconsistencies and flat results.
Just process it and you'll be fine, you may have a small colour cast (normally cyan) especially in the highlights which you can filter out, or if you scan on a flatbed it'll be a little harder to get good results. Also overexposing can reduce sharpness and flatten colours.
Try just one roll of the five, see what happens.
