I thought I was missing something on my tumblr feed... suddenly I remembered the fw tumblr!

so yeah, it seems dead  :( what happened to it? didn't it use to update with stuff automatically? last one is from 26th of july  :o

IFTTT happened to it...and I've not had time to fix it. Bummer. Basically Tumblr seems to have taken a dislike to its pages being posted to by IFTTT 'recipes' which is exactly what I'd set up to cross post new forum topics and additions to the Filmwasters.com Flickr group. So after a very happy few months Tumblr suddenly decided there was 'suspicious activity' on the Filmwasters page and closed it off until I changed the password....I may just reset the IFTTT feeds and see what happens because I can't think of another way of keeping the blog alive with targeted auto-posts.

I've been meaning to sort it out for ages, but not gotten round to it.

Right, your constant badgering has forced me to spend 15 minutes sorting this out. Happy!!? Will you leave me alone now!?

Hopefully we'll start seeing content appearing on the blog page again soon. Tumblr's RSS importer is super slow though, so I won't look for a couple of hours. I posted a couple of things there manually yesterday, so if you see anything more recent than the collaboration announcement then you'll know we're back in business.

yeah ifftt seems to have stopped working. i use the tumblr button on flickr. i think the main problem is that so many of these sites change code very often, and it screws up the auto posting. i don't know how many times facebook has stopped working through flickr and i have to relink.

well I tried mine earlier and it works for me. I use the specified tag command.

it's true though about sites changing code.
