Are there any shots that looked fuzzy (because lack of resolution)?
Out of the binding issue (do not know what can be done about it) anything else that we should take care of?

Not having seen the originals, it's just an uninformed guess but the reproductions all look good to me--no fuzziness (not that here's anything wrong with that).
The binding is what might be expected. There are very few well-bound books made anymore. The cover of my hard-bound copy has warped a bit after sitting on a table for a few days but, again, this seems to be the current industry standard. I am very happy to have a copy--galley proof though it may be--and will enjoy looking through it occasionally while it gains value as a one-of-a-kind collector's item.
