Thanks very much for the kind words.  It's good to be here - there's some great work and ideas floating around this forum and I recognise a few names from toycamera.com. 

I have to say the normal readership of my blogs seems to comprise of a couple of Chinese spammers posting links to websites selling shoes so it's nice to get some positive feed back for a change.

Somebody once told me that the best way to be ignored online was to write a blog and they might have been right there!

Ken182 - are you the Ken who took a travel photography course at Zoom In?  If so I'm one of your ex students!  It was a great course and gave me alot to think about.

Had a student complain bitterly recently because the knowledge was not served up on a plate and the real world was presented to them.
