« on: July 27, 2010, 05:43:05 AM »

the mini portrait was what I really wanted and I'd love to know more about it...can't find a model # and don't know what the fixed focus distance is or what the shutter speed is

here are some photos

any and all help appreciated

I don't know anything about the camera but nice find! It looks like a Polaroid miniportrait 207. I tried looking for a manual but couldn't find anything. Hope someone can find something though.

not much to them. fixed focus at about 3 feet. all you adjust is the aperture (which pretty much has to be all the way open in daylight). you can take two different shots on one pola by removing one lens cap and then the other. taking both off is like a regular shot with a white line in the middle. that's about all it does!

yeah I got it to work and understand the basics.  I had read that some of the miniportraits had a built in tape measure, but this one doesnt so trying to figure the distance.
and also trying to figure out the ballpark shutter speed...I would assume its in the 125th to 160th range
it does have a pc port so will have to try it with a viv 285

and I might have to figure out a cord system for the lens caps before I lose one of them ;)

thanks for the info
