Okay, now it's really Summertime

Every summer I have a thing about shooting with one of those disposable cameras.   :)
It's really not summer to me until I do, and today I shot with an old expired Kodak disposable I had in my pack.

This is the best of the bunch, a roadside thistle patch from about a mile from my house.

Anyone else have any summer traditions?

Well, I usually end up shooting way more Polaroid and Fuji Instax during the summer for some reason. It's not been noticeable this year though because that's ALL I've shot for the last 18 months anyway...well, actually, not the Instax.

I usually tend to go a bit further out and go to Montreal more often to do some shooting... and spending at the camera store...
But apart from pollinating tomatoes, I don't have really any summer photo traditions.

Interesting to hear that some people have some traditions when it comes to photography... just trying to think of any but I don't think I have... by the way this is a really good shot for a disposable camera astrobeck !

I usually like to buy one of those plastic-housed water proof cameras and take some shots of the kids in the pool underwater...
