Yep... I think this is growing to be more and more true.
Filmwasters love gardens (I think).
Over the last few weeks, my parents and I have been working on the garden. And this is what I have to show for it!

So, here we go:
40 cucumber plants
12 Tomato plants (Patio, Pink Lady, Brandywine, Ultra Sweet, Big Beef and a few others I don't remember)
Yellow beets
Barbieri (red and white swirl) beets
Golden wax beans
Carrots
Rhubarb
Chives
Oregano
Sweet Basil (red and green)
Italian Parsley
Plenty of flowers

Grubby hands and plenty of dirt under the fingernails...

But is it going to be Yummy 

Now all that's left to do is water and wait...

Unfortunately we don't have a garden, but we have two balconies. That's enough for:

40 tomato plants (3 kinds)
40 chili and pepper plans (3 kinds of chili, and a few normal peppers)
8 Zucchini
12 strawberry plants
2 big pots of raspberries
basil
parsley

And that's only the stuff you can eat Happy gardening.

If you were closer, I'd spare a few tomatoes for you

(The Brandywine variety is an old type tomato that dates back to the 1800's and is very sweet with little seeds and barely a hint of acidity... Very good. Only drawback is I'll have to play bee to get the odd shaped flowers to pollinate... but still is my favorite)

Even I would have a hard time... By the end of summer, tomato plants are usually so wide and heavy I have to use broomsticks to hold everything up!

Well, there isn't much space for anything else. And the chili plants are still small ... So we will see if we can fit all of them on there

And they tend to fall over if they are in pots. We only had cherry tomatoes last year so it was sort of OK. We'll see how we manage this time. But with so many plants they can't really fall over

I did plant out some veggie seedlings today - hardly worthy of a photo. Now, if there is produce, that would be different. Highly unlikely if the past is anything to go by!

I have so far planted in my garden:-

French Beans,
Broad Beans,
Peas,
Broccoli,
carrots,
Tomato,
Potato,
Spinach,
Rasberries

At my mothers I have most of the above plus:-
Runner Beans
Rasberries
Blackberries
Tayberries,
Rhubarb.
