best place to CLA a 680?
« on: July 30, 2009, 08:42:56 PM »
A friend has a lovely Polaroid 680 that has significant meaning to her as it was gifted to her by a mutual friend who passed away.  It's in good working order but she wants to have it cleaned inside and out.  Any recommendations for a place in the US to have this done would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance !

No idea sorry, but there must be 100s of Polaroid experienced CLA shops in the States? Though, if working, I would be tempted to leave it alone! Skj.

I would guess, but there are so many polaroid cameras still in circulation via yard sales and thrift stores, only the high end cameras see it to the shops.  picking up a 250 for example are a dime a dozen so most people just get another.

Here in Seattle there's one shop that can do it but how much experience they have I'm uncertain...
