yeah i was reading about this awhile ago. i guess the less film hollywoood uses, the greater the chance that 35mm will go, as that's the main market for it. about the same time i was reading about how expensive it is to store digital in hollywood and that a lot of originals stored digitally may not be saved, unlike film stock originals that sit in a warehouse forever.

At least what was shot on the old Kodachrome will never fade...
I still do miss those off beat colors of the old version (don't worry, it's a nostalgia thing).
