Does anyone else have places they just keep returning to? This is one of mine, a place called the Pillars of Hercules in Falkland, Fife, Scotland. It's a beautiful area with a organic/free range cafe and shop and great walks. There are a few chicken sheds set against the hills and I keep taking photos of them. I'd been out walking with my dog and it was dark and misty when we made our way back. I holed up in a field and took some of the sheds in the misty moonlight, making rough readings from an old gossen meter.
I think with more care and attention I could have reduced the grain somewhat- any feedback on night photography would be great, esp. how do you control long exposures, bright moon/light, and subsequent development to reduce grain. Anyhow, I still like the photo.
