Last WE in July
« on: July 28, 2016, 09:42:21 PM »
Somewhere is already weekend.

Here are 2 from the last week, shot with a long expired Fuji Quick-Snap single use cammy with original 800 ASA film. Home developed of course. Reloading is an impossible project. So it was a one-day-stand, a real quickie.

The coffee was great and I took home some monsooned India/Arabica beans from a small local roastery. Roasted only a few days ago. Yummi!

Nice to have an early start.   ;D

An oRBo 67 shot.  Since this roll I've put in a new pinhole as the first was a bit large.  This one now at 0.3mm, which hopefully I'll be able to use to good effect this coming weekend.

Both shot with a Pentax Spotmatic using a Sankyo Kohki Komura f/3.5 200mm lens.  The film is Ilford Delta 100 developed in Beer.

Hookstrapped, I'm not going to try that but I remember reading that someone used pee somewhere in their process.

Satish, I'm still working on getting rid of two cases of Rainier Beer that was left at my house after a party last August.  I think I have at least a 6 pack left, if I run out I'll go back to caffenol.  We'll see what gets left behind this year, maybe I'll be switching brands.  I look at it as free developer since I'm not going to drink it.  In addition to tasting bad it also has been known to have an adverse affect on your digestive system, we call it the Rainier Runs.  :P

Love the weekends!

Mine is a back alley shot with a Diana.

This could be anywhere....alleys have a universal look.

Taken exactly one year ago. Lost inside the HD and recovered today. My girl is the one in a brownish shirt :) The black bull is the logo of a typical drink created in the late 50's. The company spread the bull throughout the country next to main roads, and today it is considered as a symbol of Spain and become "protected" by the goverment, though many of them are in poor condition and some others have been vandalized by independents... you know  :-\

Oh: They were shot on Portra 400 and commercially developed. Then Pakon at home. Lens was a Yashica ML 21, so this is why a 14 meters height bull looks like just a little bigger when compared to her on the first photo.

Had the friday off and decided to give the Ondu 6x12 pinhole an outing. Didn't want to drag a full tripod with me so took my Gorillapod hence the low angle.

Still need to learn to get MUCH MUCH closer to things with it!

Becky, I love alleys! And in particular that specific alley! ;D Also AJShepherd's shot. Yes, closer would have been nicer (maybe), but this one works on its own :)

Great pics, calbisu!

This is from a few weeks ago but since I didn't really shoot anything this weekend to add to my Brooklyn nights photo essay (though I tried!) I looked through older shots and found this
