Topic: nikon 28mm/f 1.4 lens

does anyone know if it's still possible to find a nikon 28mm/f.1.4 lens for 35mm cameras? someone recently asked me if i knew where to get one(new, not second hand) as they are no longer being made and it's pretty much impossible to find them in taiwan any longer. i figured someone here may know, any ideas?

Yikes! That be nice glass. Japan of course is a great source for such bits. You can bookmark this search, and check occasionally:
