Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to let you all know that Holga Week is back again this year and I hope you will all join me!  It runs July 20-26, 2015.

More info is on the website and there are Twitter and Instagram accounts as well which I will be using to promote everyone's work as best I can.

Hi holgajen I did not realize you were a fellow Ontarian. Thanks for pointing that out  Francois tho I thought zapsnaps was from the UK. Others from Ontario are scapevision and hungrymike.

I will dust off my ignored holga - ignored not because I don't like the work that holga folks do but because I am lazy and get in ruts ;-)

I've been toying with the idea of submitting to contact. I still have to get my head around paying to submit with a chance I'll be turned down.

Hello!  I hear ya, I get in ruts too. So many cameras that I don't use enough. The Holga is always one of my trusted shooting companions though!  Where in Ontario are you?

Hahaha thanks for the empathy I am originally from out west so I can't really say I love it here, but I'm surviving. Lol

I submitted to the Darkroom show at The 918 Bathurst Gallery (during contact) I was only in it for the showcase though as the actual exhibit was based on votes. Kind of a weird way to organize things, but it was an interesting exhibit for film based works. It was expensive though. ive done a few shows in London this year which was nice!
