I've been enjoying Ballast Point Sculpin, which I have been picking up  supersize bottle at Costco. I'm in North County and I've been seeing a lot of construction on the Coast Highway down in Oceanside a few new Tap Houses and a new brewery opening up soon..
Take me back to the 80's please !!! I don't  like this time ..

Hey! Another San Diego filmwaster! Welcome!
Too many exclamation points?
I have to be honest, I live very near Ballast Point and I've never been there. It's on my short list though.

The first delivery of Oktoberfest beer is always such bittersweet joy. The style is one of my favorites, but of course it means that the brewer has decided that fall is here, and I'm not ready for that!! But I did buy a six pack of Brooklyn Oktoberfest and drank it over the past few days. It was delicious.
