Experiments with light and chemistry in darkroom
« on: March 28, 2014, 10:14:19 PM »
These images are the result of experimenting with paper prints turned by action of light and chemistry into copy negatives. They acquire an interesting set of tones under the double effect of light and time, as well as a wet direct contact with a new unexposed paper. It is a fairly simple process but it requires patience and sometimes good luck.

These look both interesting and beautiful. Really nice to see a technique with which I'm completely unfamiliar as, despite being a "filmie" for 40 years, I've trod the traditional 35mm and 120 roll film route virtually the whole duration.

Thanks for posting.
