Thanks for the link! A great article.

I love old pics, I bought a chance pile of around 500 old negatives. I still havent scanned them all, but I love looking at them. ranging fron 4x5 through to smaller medium format sizes, they look to be from the 30's but not a historian. Would love to know who they are etc intriguing looking at someone elses memories.

Thought you may like a few of my personal favs.

Steve-love that first one.  They were apparently well to do judging by that fur coat the missus is sporting!
And he's quite the dapper one holding the camera...Nice one!    8)

it is intriguing to look at someone else's memories like this...

It's sort of heartbreaking to me though when I find shots of families in thrift stores...it's like they weren't cared about and tossed aside.

I'm glad there are people out there and here on FW's that do "adopt" them.
I have adopted quite a few myself.   8)
