All this talk of 6x12
« on: November 03, 2012, 06:06:11 PM »
This new Lomo 6x12 has had me revisit my neg file to look at my own foray into the meddium, some may know I have this Polaroid convertor

I have had lots of fun with it, my biggest bug bear is the EV exposure control system, you struggle to get the depth of field you are gunning for - This would be my major technical note on the new lomography 6x12, it runs a EV system.

Anyway tech crap to the side its a really fun format and I really would like to nail it a bit more consistently

I was working in the Kings Cross area when I first go the camera and these are some examples of the work, feel free to comment about my vast creativity or put the boot into my vast waste of your time and electrons  ;)

As time went on I actually mended the light leak ( I think) and got a bit better at the format

I even took it to Paris

Anyway just thought I would share these with you

These are very nice results - seems to be ideal format for narrow streets :)
Website of sorts, as well as ipernity thing.

Well done. Both with the camera and the shots.

I did seriously consider converting my 110A to 6x12, but ended up adding a 600SE adaper instead. And the fact that I already have a 6x17 made a 6x12 more or less redundant. But I must admit these old Pathfinders are so good looking. Converting them to roll film makes it possible retain their sleek profile, and I would much rather have one converted thus, than a Lomo, no matter how they package it. No offense intended.
