OT: Some things are better when not known
« on: October 25, 2012, 09:50:11 PM »
Well yes. I had to do this. I know some things are better left without an answer. Curiosity did kill the cat... but I had to do this.
I accidentally discovered something which is exactly the size of a roll of 127. It might even become a viable replacement at some point!
It comes in a roll. It's ready to use and capture some memorable images. Best of all, it's a coated film that costs next to nothing!

As they say: don't try this at home! I'm an expert!

I wonder: is there a purpose to this experiment?
answer: absolutely none.

Will it make the world of photography advance in a significant way?
Not by a long long shot.

Photons are bound to stick to that stuff, but I want to see you get it in the developing reel. :D

Well... did you need to know what I discovered? Probably not :)
Is it pointless? yes :)

Rather than start a new topic, let's spin the wheel again.

Food item nearest to your film in the fridge? Mine appears to be sweet relish.

In a very boring way, I have to say three ice packs for the ones in my freezer. And a fax machine for the ones in my office...
