Aculux or an equivalent in the USA?

Apparently, Paterson chemicals, and specifically Aculux, aren't available in the US, unless someone here knows better. I've been asked if I know of an equivalent developer that is available in the US.

Can any one help?

Golly.  Never heard of it.  Sorry Peter - I'm clearly about as much help as a box of hair.
