Is it a 'Century' or 'Crown Majesta'....

Thanks for that as I always wanted to 'pimp' up a Century (very few imported in the UK) after seeing this style humming around Shinjuku back in the day with curtains drawn.

Great memories cruising my old classic Crown around London Chimpura/Yakuza style...

Hai! 100% Century, and in my area of Tokio we see both pimped yak Century:

and staid Captains of Industry Century (I do love that gray):

Both FujiPro 400 from a Konica 28 WB (keeping in fw-mode). The bagmen in the white one gave me the evil eye, and threatening gestures when they saw me taking their photograph, but I pointed to their wheels and gave a big thumbs-up wave, and they both smiled and waved. Skj.

Found this ole Pola shot of me on the bonnet of my '75...

Sometimes me and friends would hit a club in Roppongi only to spot some shady dudes in private areas with their Punch Perm tight afro hairstyles that they wore back then to my quiet amusement. Most of the time they would buy us a drink and party down extremely drunk and over friendly with the ladies impressed with our non-permed afro hair... Some wild nights I could not discuss here.... Those boys partied hard...

Miller--the very essence of cool.

Fedo--I like the appearance of grim determination on those stone figures, as they endure the indignity of being snowed on.

Love Hookstrapped's series of images and the grain in Sapata's 1st image.

A good selection of images from all concerned.

I've been playing with my home made pinhole, on an Etrs back again.  The first image is the best of half a dozen taken with this and the second is four images, keeping true to the principles of this site was using the film up as I wanted to see how the pin holes were doing. HP5 rated @200 in Rodinal 1:100 stand.

Neat ride!

... with their Punch Perm tight afro hairstyles that they wore back then to my quiet amusement...
Not that I spend much time in Roppongi these days, but they still sport permed hair regularly... Some bozu to the extreme too.

Still the weekend some places too I suppose, so we can finish up with this guy who fell over himself to help, gave away free postcards, stamps, and was mighty happy with a portrait in front of his fave castle...

Expired Type-665 from a 75mm 600SE. Thanks all! Skj.

HappyForest, I really like the quad of cabbages.

They remind me of I'itoi, or "the Man in the maze"  a design I often see in my part of the world.

Very nice pinhole work.

Also love the cars!

a couple of shots from this weekend....

The first is shot with an Agfa Clack
The second with a pinhole camera on some old Chocolate Film. I'm not sure if the color is bad because of how cold it was out, or the longish exposure, or how old the film was...

Chris  Agree with Sapata there is a drawing like quality to this one.

Astrobeck.  Thank you for your comments on the pinhole, particulary since you are such an accomplised pinholer.  I'll have to try again, maybe see if I can make a better pinhole for this camera.  I see what you meant by man in the maze\I'itol. Only cause I looked it up though.

pdewolff This is great, one day maybe all photo's will have to be done this way.

Keep em coming.
