Print Sale for Philippine Typhoon Relief

I am posting this in full knowledge that it is a charity print sale of digital prints but hope the moderators will not mind as is for a very good cause.

I’m working with photographer and writer Katherine Jack on a Print Sale to raise funds for the Tao Kalahi Foundation, which is distributing immediate relief to the North Palawan islands in the Philippines. Katherine has lived and worked on Palawan for over ten years and has set up the website below to help raise funds for relief following last week’s typhoon. All proceeds will go directly, (and quickly) to the Tao Kalahi Foundation. To quote Katherine:

'The aim of this online print sale is to raise money to send relief goods directly to islands in need. Linking with Tao Philippines we are sending food, medicines, building tools, clothes, blankets and more supplies up to the islands every day.

World media is currently inundated with images of the destruction wrecked by typhoon Haiyan. Through the photographs in this online exhibition, I want to show the beauty of Palawan and the simple, dignified lives of the islanders before the typhoon struck.'

Please take a look at the site or their Facebook page.
