Having the normal six-bladed 21mm Avenon, I wanted to try the eight-bladed version. Supposedly better smooth highlights wide open, and it also focuses a little bit closer than the silver version - down to 75cm it seems. Looks pretty neat on my beat up Bessa too.

Results to follow, but I do not expect much difference from the (soon to be sold) six-bladed version. Thanks Zebrio! More details here for the gear-heads among us: Bessa Review. Skj.

Not that I am into gear too much - cough - but I can imagine this version on your black R4. Not in Utah though, more Shibuya way... Tasty!
