That't pretty goog !

It's always good hear new traditional products coming to the market, especially in days where most of companies are discontinuing products.

This would be great in a pinhole! It's probably technology that trickled down from the PX films.

Wow - I never saw that one coming. It would be an interesting alternative to paper negs. I wonder what the contrast range etc will be. Let's hope the 'Ilford Technology Inside' is more reliable than TIPs PX100.

I'm trying to order a couple of boxes of the 4x5 film-holder size - there's an actual 4x5 size and a slightly smaller size to fit into a DDS holder ... but the harman direct order site wont work for me.  Will have to phone them tomorrow.  the potential for this stuff is huge.  Like a sort of instant film.  It is an odd branch for Harman to take though - quite niche.  Let's hope it's not a risky strategy to take as I'm sure the market for this stuff wont be huge.

Wasn't there some Efke stuff of the same Ilk - but had very high contrast and required pre-flashing see http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=efke%20positive

interesting Andrea ... cos this stuff is the same according to the info sheet - requires pre-flashing for a full tonal range.

Hmm- Takes this would mean I would have pre-flash to get good prints out of lovely Agfa Scala?

Yep... but it's not really hard to do. Use a piece of white acrylic or some vellum under the lens. That way, you can leave the negative in the holder and still get a very even exposure on the paper.

my order is in for 50 sheets.  I'm really quite excited by the possibilities.  and it's about 1/3 price of sheet film.

apparently this paper has something to do with a woman in Germany who owns a huge camera - here's a clip about her http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZgeKRXL8DM

there is a mention on her website (http://www.camera-imago.de/) of the paper.

all fascinating stuff.
