I received this rather cool magazine from a friend today in the post saying he found it in a friends garage. Foto-Craft Vol. I, no. 3, Aug. 1939, by the American inventor, writer and magazine publisher, Hugo Gernsback. It is in near mint condition and such a wonderful magazine. I've not seen one before and wonder its value today.
Kodochrome cover photo by Herbert C. McKay.
Some of the contents are:
Let's Get Together by Henry Lefebvre
"Visible" Enlarging by Dr. Adrian Le Roy
Paper Negatives-Ideal For Copying by Harry R. Pierce
Mirror Stuff by Dr. E. Bade
Home-Made Enlarger Built Into Colset by Louis Hochman
....and so many others.
Is anyone familiar with this magazine? Have it? Seen it? I couldn't find one thing nor picture anywhere. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
