... that you unexpectedly discover your picture on the front of an ILFORD paper box!

I exchanged a few of my prints for a load of ilford goodies about 3 years ago, giving them the rights to use them for promo publications etc. I didn't hear anything back from them so I assumed they just went into their collection, but now it turns out that they did use at least one after all!

It's easy to see why they chose it. Great compositionally, wonderful tones throughout, beautiful any way you look at it.

And I happen to like the paper too, so I'm sure I'll have your work in my darkroom when I order my next supply!

I think its false advertising. Even if I used that paper my shots would not look that good!

If you were in on one of the postcard exchanges, you have a signed print of this very photo.
It's on my wall at work with all the other postcards.
