raining ducks
« on: September 17, 2009, 05:52:49 PM »
I took delivery of my custom made pinhole camera from Randy over at Holgamods this week, and since that day it has rained, and rained and rained.

When you live in an arid place like I do, rain is rare, and it's always a good thing to take advantage of the precip. so I did.

This one is looking down my driveway.    :) :)
enjoy!

2 minute exposure in the downpour
Fuji FP 100B instant film
no Sun in sight

(BTW- this is not my first post here.  My puter hiccuped a few weeks ago so I had to change some of my sign ins.  formerly the filmwaster known as tijeras/becky ramotowski)

Is the duck on the right wearing sun glasses?

I must try my hand a pinholes again.

This is a good, I think it is a bit surreal with the ducks.

Yes, Mike , the duck is wearing glasses.  It's bright up here...at least when the Sun is out it is.   :) :)

Some people who live in arid climates have no idea what to do if it rains.  You CLEARLY know exactly what to do if it rains!!!    ;D

made from old cigar box/ black tape/ my hot glue gun and a pinhole made from an aluminum drink can..I have been practicing making the tiniest hole possible..think I got this one pretty small!
