Cosina CX-2
« on: April 10, 2009, 10:53:27 PM »
Grabbed a Cosina CX-2 on ebay for $72.  Appears to be in nice shape.
Had my share of LC-As over the years. Thought I'd see what its progenitor is all about.

Any insights, advice and general what-not you can pass along about this piece would be quite welcome.

Lovely Nikon N50 body arrived today. Cost? $8.59. It hummmms like a top.

FILM FOREVER!!!

I found my first cx-2 in a dealer's junk box. Bought it for a fiver and later sold it for sixty squids to someone in Japan. I thought the lens was pretty terrible which is why I didn't keep it.

I did buy a second one for a similar price but it had the (as I've since found out) common problem of the focussing fork broken. It went in the bin.

Not a camera I would recommend but make your own mind up.
