Need Help: How to clean lens of a Bronica S2A
« on: January 22, 2009, 09:55:11 AM »
All, can we help Diane out? She posted this in another thread and I thought it best to break it out into a separate one:

So... Ed.  I have found a Zenza Bronica S2A Medium Format Film Camera..the adds says that though the lens is in very good condition it needs to be taken apart and cleaned and reassembled..since it sounds like you have a Bronica I am wondering if this would possible be something relatively easy to accomplish..(I am somewhat handy)..how is this type of Bronica different from what you may have?

My only suggestion is to check out the Bronica S2A resources at the Medium Format Photography Megasite (http://medfmt.8k.com/) as there may be something there

You might also check the Manual Focus Forums as they have a very good repair section

There's also the Favorites Classics that has quite a few repair tips

Film is the vinyl record of photography.
