I know, I often complain about how Montreal has become a nightmare.
And I know most people feel like they now live on planet stupid.
Well, this picture found on that face place has been making the rounds... and it's once again proof that the stupid ray that the aliens used in the old Maniac Mansion adventure game now exists. I don't know who took the picture but they definitely deserve some credit for this one.

You have 10 seconds to figure out what's wrong. And a lifetime to try and explain this one.

Should the arrows be pointing to the left? Or in the other lane.

Don't have a picture of it but I did once see a junction where STOP had been painted on the road. Well, not quite. It actually read SOTP.

I guess the builders were asked to paint turn arrows on the road - and that is exactly what they did.

The arrow should be pointing in the same direction as the sign... just like on every street North America.
But it seems that the people they hired had two right feet.
Now just imagine an entire city filled with gems like that (though this one takes the cake this week).
We've had a few situations like that that bake you want to hit your forehead with a palm... like when they installed a new train track and somehow managed to get the train to hit a telephone pole... that one was up there for the record books.

I must admit that these typos look bad, but at least they don't have dire consequences...
