Weekend - May 12, 13 & 14, 2023
« on: May 12, 2023, 09:11:48 PM »
This the first roll from my new Kodak Retina IIIC.  I shot Ferrania P30 and developed it in beer.  The first two shots were with the Schneider - Kreuznach Retina - Xenon f/2.0 50mm lens and the last shot was with the Schneider - Kreuznach Retina - Curtar - Xenon f/5.6 35mm lens.  All shot at Redondo Beach, California.

Nice shots Bryan! The Xenon 2/50 lens is really good, I've got it in Exakta mount.

My filmwasting drought continues. Yosemite, this week, 1983. Pentax MX, lens forgotten (probably 50/1.7), either Ekta- or Kodachrome.

Shot these last weekend but developed them today. I'd happened across my Gakkenflex which I'd not used for absolutely ages, so decided to take it when I went down to Pevensey during the Scarecrow Festival. Although compared to 2019 it was a bit thin on the ground.

Still, a nice enough day out with a walk to Pevensey Bay which more than made up for it.

One more from me, something I should have thought of earlier. First Mother's Days, 1979 and 2015.

Mamiya C3, 80/2.8, and some form of color negative that did not age well; and Hasselblad 501CM, 80/2.8, and TMAX 100; respectively.

If you crop out the ground on the top one, it looks like some creepy mask!
