Topic: EXPOLAROID: world-wide instant film fun

How I have missed this for so many years is quite beyond me. In April each year, there is an instant film love-in, called Expolaroid, which can take place anywhere, but effectively, seems to be predominantly in the French-speaking parts of the world. Expolaroid seems like a good idea - I just wish the website would show photos contributed, rather than the poster advertising it. I'm in a remote corner of Africa in April. I'm tempted to host an event to get another country on the map, even though I'd likely be the only person there.

Just went to their site and to my surprise, there's actually events going on 2:30hr away from my place!
Too bad it's so far away. How come all the fun stuff never happens in my own city?

That's closer than me - there is nothing in the UK at all. Although I could just get to Paris in 2.5 hours. That's not too shabby.
