Is it not possible to embed YouTubes any more?

If you use the HTTP link instead of HTTPS, you get a full window. But the forum isn't compatible with youtube anymore (we use an old version of the software) so it just tells you you can't embed the content...

This news re peel apart for the 21st Century is beyond exciting and those videos were great. I assume it will cost an absolute fortune per print though? Instant film really needs a mass market to achieve the economies of scale that make it cost effective I guess.
Nigel: I'll take a look at the video embedding options as the old plug-in doesn't seem to work any more, despite being compatible with the forum software. There's every chance that something changed at the YouTube end, so maybe a new plugin has been produced to combat this?

Yeah, YouTube has changed quite a few things in the last few months. I often use youtube-dl and over the last few months they had to release a few updates to keep up with the changes.

It's here! I was a first run backer and just got my film in the mail yesterday. Went through my first 3 shots today. One was overexposed but two came out mostly OK, including this one. Shame that the chemistry didn't hit the corner, but I'll try again soon.

This is great news. cost is the biggest thing, maybe we have all been spoiled (spolit?) over the years with near expired pola and well expired fuji that never seems to go off... could also be i never used to have children and as such... some disposable income...either way needs to be at a certain price for me to buy.
and that there kids.. is economics in a nutshell...

Now that I'm stuck at home, I thought I'd give this stuff another go. I made a little video on how to load it into a 4x5 back. (https://www.ryanjacobsphoto.com/packfilm) Here's the resultant photograph. It's obviously not FP-100C, but it has its own charm; I'm starting to appreciate it more, and I hope that supporting the venture will lead to more packfilm in the future.

It's been a lovely few sunny days here in the UK and I tried my first exposure yesterday in the Pola back for the Blad. I watched the video, so I'm sure it wasn't mis-loaded. But the goop part came out of the holder when pulled, but left the picture (without chems) in the holder. It felt awfully tight going through the rollers, as if I was peeling it apart in camera. I want to try again with the Pola 360 camera, but I can't find it at the minute. Yes, you'd wonder how I managed to misplace a camera of that size, but it isn't in the camera cupboard or any of the bags... I must motivate myself to find it this evening while the weather lasts.
