It's a holiday weekend in the U.S. so we have an extra day to waste film. I'll start with a few I shot with my Agfamatic 2008 Tele Pocket 110 camera using Kodak Kodacolor Gold 200, expired 11/1991.

Nice, Bryan! The top one looks a lot like my lawn :P
I took my pinhole camera on a trip to New York last week - I underexposed a photo of the bagel shop, but these other photos turned out pretty good!

Very nice pinholes, Grit! More architecture from me, shot on a foggy day.

A few more from last week's roll...

Great shots everyone.
I had the opportunity to take a few photos while in Helsinki for my job. I'm planning to create a zine if there's time. Until then here're a number of shots. :)
All shot on Canon F-1 with Canon 35mm f/2 with orange filter on Fomapan 400, developed in Caffenol-C-H (RS).

A couple from me this week:
- In honor of the holiday, one of my dad in Paris, some time after VE Day. I suspect the photo was posed, as my dad didn't ride motorcycles or even have a drivers license prior to the war. He spent 6 weeks in Paris at an art school while waiting to be redeployed to the Pacific theater, but the war ended before the logistics required to move everyone from Europe to the Far East could be completed.
- And being inspired by the recent thread on Konica fixed lens cameras, I dragged my C35 off the shelf and shot a roll of Fujicolor 200 at our local car show. A somewhat lonely Studebaker Silver Hawk, parked well away from the more common GM, Ford and Chrysler hot rods.
-
Wow, that Studebaker is something!
A couple tests of the 85mm on my Kiev 10

The yuccas are in bloom again, and took out my RB67 for a little shooting with the Polaroid Back.

Last Wednesday I went to Dungeness, as I'd worked out a quicker way to get there, and I'd been meaning to go for ages. I shot some Ektar in my Bronica ETRS but that's not developed yet. I also shot a roll of Rollei Retro 80 in a Minolta Hi-Matic F, so here's a few from that roll.

Nice weekend as always! I shot some PhotoWorks 200 (expired 12/09) as the sun was setting on Little Italy in downtown San Diego. This juggling busker seemed a likely subject. It's somewhat grainy, but that's to be expected and okay with me. I think Bryan may have given me this roll, so cheers!

I love that, James!! :D
-
Yes, I second that!
-
Great shot James, I think I did send you that film, glad you made good use of it.
-
Fantastic colours, very cool photo, James, it has a wonderful retro vibe. :) The colours could be right from a Miami Vice episode. ;)
-
Grainy is always good in my book.
-
Thanks everyone. This turned out to be a fun roll to scan. I shot a variety of sunny, cloudy and dusky light. It probably could have used another stop, but these first shots from an evening walk in Little Italy were bordering on what I could realistically do hand-held. I'll put some more of the shots in another thread.

Tijuana picnic. Contax T, Tri-X at 1000, stand developed in HC110.
I'm really enjoying shooting 400 film (color and B&W) in the Contax at 1000 and developing normally (C41) or stand developing (B&W). I'm also beginning to think of the C41 process, and the stand developing process, as equivalents in that they will pretty much develop any film exposed at any ISO. Kodak Gold 400 @1000 developed normally in C41 is pretty much indistinguishable from Gold 400 @400. Next time I shoot Gold 400 @1600, I'm going to try developing it normally, instead of pushing it as I usually do. My theory is that it will come out a bit light, but pretty much normal. Pushing it makes the colors more punchy, though... [/stream-of-consciousness]

Tijuana picnic... do they serve roasted iguana and tequila shots? ;D
