Seems like just yesterday.  Thanks for sharing, I was happy to see a photo local to me, the electric car at Mt. Rainier.

This reminds me of the family photo archives. I have a ton of old pictures and negatives, but mostly of the roaring 20's up to the 50's.

Great photos. I find it interesting that there was a fully electric car in 1919.
Technology didn't come too far since then, did it?

The basic design of cars hasn’t changed in over 100 years, just improvements to the components.  I want to know how that electric car made it all the way to Mt. Rainier, I can’t imagine there were any charging stations in 1919.

It didn't need much power since the hard thing is going up. The ride back would be the easy part ;)

Funny thing I learned a few years ago is that the Ford model T had the same fuel consumption as a modern Ford Explorer....
