At the right price, and without the $2.7 Billion pension obligation, it could be an interesting acquisition for Pemberstone Ventures, the VC group that owns Harman/Ilford. Granted there's overlap in the B+W line, but the additional volume in base and emulsion materials, spools, cassettes, canisters, etc., would be beneficial.
