: What's in your letter to Santa?

Just for fun, what's in your letter to Santa this year?

I make it easy for my family and buy my own presents them hand them over for wrapping. They are all photo-related:

A Lowepro Fastpack 350 because my old Fastpack 250 is a little too small for an RZ67 kit

A 50mm f.18 lens in Canon EF fit. This is the relatively new Mk III which sells for around £120 so I was very pleased to find an almost-mint copy in Cash Convertors for £40. This will revive my Canon EOS300 as I sold a Mk II 50mm lens and regretted it.

A new book "photographing Snowdonias Mountains" by Nick Livesey - to plan a visit there next year.

Plus there were a few second-hand photography books from Barter Books in Alnwick. One by David Ward and one by Charlie Waite.

Strangely, none of what I listed in my letter to Santa is either photography related or can be bought.
I asked him to help me get some work and to help me find courage and inspiration again...

But I know I'm going to get at least one book...

Definitely... I don't know how long our brains can endure all the nonsense that's been going on in the world...
