Right, I'm having the house replastered. My camera cabinet is going, so I have some bits that are going to the charity shop unless any of you want them:
Pentax bellows.
Zenit 3m (works, but wants a service; 1/30 and bulb are a bit flaky)
Olympus AF-10
Minolta Hi-Matic GF
Yashica Minster D
Ricoh 35ZF
Dead Meopta TLR
Flashgun
Gadget bag
Slide copier
I've lost out quite a bit on postage recently, so postage is £6 per item in the UK, apart from the Meopta which is £10 as it weighs a ton! Don't forget you can come and grab one for free from Belper, Derbyshire. International postage at cost.

I'll have the Meopta Chris. You never did send it to me for repair but I'd still like to have a go at it. PM me details for payment.

Do you have the weird cable with your bellows set?
The one with two screw ends on it?
My bellows set is missing it.

Hi Chris
I'd love the 35ZF, please. I'll PM you

No.

Bummer.

Bummer.
I'm sure one will turn up. :)
Right, everyone. Everything else has gone. Perhaps it will teach some local kids about photography.
-
These things are as rare as hen's teeth. I've seen only one in my life and at the time I didn't know what it was for.
I'll probably just end-up getting a regular double release like everyone else uses...

Picked up the Meopta from the PO today. Not sure how you could stand giving it away Chris. Thank you very much. Just need to fix it now.

It's beautiful, isn't it? I look forward to seeing some photographs.
I am really pleased it's gone to someone that will actually use it. Like I said, I don't have any developing stuff for it.
-
Is it the one with a wind button or the one with an uncoupled wind lever?
I have the one with the lever and it's said to be very fragile. (Meopta Flexaret III)
-
It's a VI with a coupled wind knob. Shutter not working on slow speeds. I'm looking for a manual to find out what the extra little lever is on the side of the shutter. Most likely a delayed action but, if it is, it's not working. Would like to be sure.

Don't hold your breath. It might be a while 'till I get around to fixing it.

Mine is still pretty good. When I got it some idiot had opened the back with a screwdriver, so I had to straighten it out and crazy glue the hook back in the correct location. It's also got one of those dreaded de-silvered mirrors that definitely needs to be changed.

Just figured what the extra little lever is. If I'd put my glasses on I might have noticed the M X and V inscribed next to it. Duh!

M, X, and V? Sounds like a Prontor-SVS shutter.
-
That's because it probably is. On the III they have a Prontor-S or SVS shutter if the camera is an export version.
-
Yes, that's what it is.
