I've just started shooting some 8x10, and have been tray-developing sheets one at a time with good results. I've got a few 8x10 hangers and was curious... Has anyone developed 2 negatives at once in one hanger, back to back? Any tips or concerns?
thank you.

It can be done, just make sure they don't end-up face to face by accident.
Stacking them properly before loading should do the trick provided the rack's mouth is big enough to accommodate two sheets at a time

And the developer. Make sure you have enough developer quantity for the number of sheets you're developing.
I developed once twelve 4x5 sheets in a Combi Plan tank, but result was uneven: I never know what was the mistake and never developed that way again.
