When the autumn get together was cancelled I took the opportunity to go to work in Stoke and on a pleasant day took a stroll around Trentham Par with my trusty Bronica ETRSi  and some 8 year expired Porta 400. just a bit of spotting no other adjustments

I like that overgrown colonnade in the fourth shot. Quite evocative.

Hi Irv, really nice set of photos which took me back years to when I was a callow yoof and was taken there as a treat.

Hi Irv, really nice set of photos which took me back years to when I was a callow yoof and was taken there as a treat.

Paul it was a real delight chilly but a right good walk and shoot. you ought to go back when you get a chance and relive it.

I'll have a word with the boss (Lara) and see if we can manufacture a reason to head up there sometime in the new year.  Maybe pay a visit to Little Moreton Hall near Congleton as well - it's only half an hour's drive away up the A34.
